Meet Kaamilya Cross

Kaamilya Cross is the CEO and Founder of Cross Accounting Solution, LLC. Since Founding the company in 2010, She has leveraged her deep technical experience along with her extensive Tax, Accounting, Business Start Up and Finance knowledge to help countless Business's increase sales and decrease expenses by over $6M. She has achieved this cost savings for her clients through implementing strong industry specific cost models, portfolio diversification and Strategic Financial Reporting and Analysis. I love my Individual Clients as well and we work diligently to ensure they are receiving the best tax benefits possible in accordance with all applicable Federal and State Laws.

Prior to Launching Cross Accounting Solutions, LLC on a much larger scale, Kaamilya held several roles at one of the Big 5 Banks in the United States for 6 years as Executive Director and Vice President of Finance and Technology Business Services.  

Kaamilya has driven cross-functional initiatives, led governance and compliance teams, and shaped long-term strategy through forecasting, risk assessment, and model controls oversight. 

In addition, Kaamilya spent 10 years working for a major Public Accounting Firm and Top Manufacturing and Construction Companies such as Sealy and Hands Brands, where she held roles such Tax Senior/Auditor as well as Senior Level Accountant and Analyst Roles. 

Aside from her professional work, Kaamilya loves to travel, spend time with her family, loves reading, and is passionate about helping individuals and business grow and increase their profitability! 

Kaamilya holds a Bachelor's Degree from WInston-Salem State University, with an extensive background in Economics, Finance and Accounting.
